PCHP offers nonemergency medical transportation to all STAR members. Members must use MTM ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ to set up medical transportation at least two workdays before your appointment to schedule a trip. English/Spanish interpreter services available, TTY 7-1-1.

You or your child may be able to get free transportation to and from the doctor, dentist, hospital, drugstore, or other Medicaid service providers.

NEMT options may include:

• Public transportation, like the city bus
• Money to buy gas
• A taxi or van service
• Commercial transit, like a bus or plan

To schedule a trip for yourself or your child, you will need to provide:

• The Medicaid ID number of the person with the appointment
• The address of your pickup location
• Your phone number
• The name of the medical professional you or your child will be seeing
• The date and time of the appointment
• Any unique needs you may have, like using a wheelchair or walker, so the right vehicle can be sent
