Member Benefits Spotlight: MTM ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½

Getting regular care is an important way to stay healthy. ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ offers several benefits and services that make it easier to access the care you need.

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)

NEMT benefits are available to all STAR members. Services include no-cost rides to and from the doctor, dentist, hospital, drugstore, or other Medicaid service providers. If you need a ride, PCHP may be able to help with:

• Public transportation, like the city bus.
• Money to buy gas.
• A taxi or van service.
• Commercial transit, like a bus or plane.

To schedule a trip, call MTM ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ at 1-833-931-3844 (TTY 7-1-1). You will need to provide:

• Your Medicaid ID number.
• Your address.
• Your phone number.
• The date and time that you need the ride.
• Any unique needs you may have, like using a wheelchair or walker, so the right vehicle can be sent.

Language Assistance

ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ wants to make sure our members understand the information they receive about their care. Our language assistance services include:

1. No-cost language services to people whose primary language is not English. This includes access to qualified interpreters and information written in other languages.
2. No-cost aids and services to people with disabilities. This includes qualified sign language interpreters and written information in other formats (like large print, audio, and accessible electronic formats).
3. A toll-free and Teletypewriter/Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TTY/TDD) telephone number to our Member Services Department: 7-1-1.
