We want to change the way communities think about healthcare by connecting people to meaningful health and wellness experiences. 

Join us at one of our upcoming Behavioral ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Provider Orientation Trainings – Registration and attendance is required. During this Provider Orientation, we will provide you with an overview of our plan, network, and frequently asked questions including but not limited to:

• Provider Manual
• Prior Authorizations
• PCHP Provider Portal
  • The PCHP Provider Portal will give you the ability to check member eligibility, coverage, and claim status, submit and view authorizations and referrals and more. To access the portal, visit . All providers will need to register for a new account before logging in for the first time.
• To update your Provider Information/Demographics, complete the Provider Action Form.
• To add a provider, complete the Prospective Provider Form.
